HURonline Help is divided into five categories so you can immediately narrow your search for a solution. Click on the links below to go to the section of your choice. General Help:
Covers all the questions that do not relate to one specific area of HURonline. This section checks to see if you have an appropriate Internet browser with the correct options and plug-ins.
Video Focus:
Checks to see that you have Quicktime up and running, reviews your connection speed, and more.
Discussion Help:
Covers everything from posting messages to replying to others.
Action Plan:
Focuses on Adobe Acrobat Reader so that you can read, write, and save your Action Plan.
Resources:
Focuses on what to do when a page is lost or won't display.
